Welcome

ABOUT ME

I’m Santiago Herrán, a strategic consultant with a human and global approach. My background combines business and administrative sciences with a deep academic focus on social sciences, ethnography, anthropology, linguistics, and global studies.

I’ve studied and lived in Mexico, Germany, South Africa, and Thailand—experiences that have shaped the way I understand culture, change, and the connections between people, organizations, and contexts.

Professionally, I’ve worked across a wide range of fields: from risk management, procurement, and corporate governance to organizational culture, internal communication, change management, and talent development. I’ve also taught university courses on economic geography, globalization, and development.

Beyond consulting, I’m passionate about food, the history of ingredients, language learning, and the conversations and connections that arise when we share ideas, meals, and perspectives. These interests fuel my work and the way I accompany people and organizations on their path to meaningful and sustainable growth.
